Seminar on 20.05.16 “Prevention and Managing of Corporate Risk”

Dr. Raffaele Guariniello returns to Pescara. Together with Franco Perolino, syn.pro partner, they will be addressing a seminar on the issue of administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.  The seminar which is organized by   Vittoria Assicurazioni – General Agency of Pescara – in cooperation with DAS Assicurazioni, is aimed at company owners, managing directors, general managers, managers and professionals. It will not only deal with the regulatory aspect  and applicable sanctions in terms of the law but also with preventive measures necessary to reorganise the company’s insurance to cover  risk of liability for negligence.  It is noted that the extension of offences pursuant to the Decree and  possible criminal liability for negligence, even without wilful misconduct, could give rise to criminal liability of companies and other entities which could incur in sanctions, including precautionary measures, with possible serious repercussions on the company’s affairs.
